This is the final piece of that salmon I bought from Costco! I didn’t know what to put on it so I took a peek into my refrigerator for inspiration. I highly suggest that you do the same when you’re lacking ideas! 
I’m sure you can infer from the title, but the only things that stood out were a container of fresh-tomato salsa and canned corn. Well this isn’t going to be the “recipe-of-the-century” salmon, but it wasn’t too shabby either.
