		<description>We didn&#039;t eat most of the bacon.  It was mostly for show and flavor.  I thought the poultry would be dry too - but it was very moist and tender (considering we didn&#039;t marinade, brine, or put any other seasoning on it.)  Now, logically there&#039;s only one way the poultry could have gotten so moist and tender...and I&#039;d rather not think about that part too hard.</description>
